Use of the site

You may browse the site freely for personal use. You may not use it in a way that damages it or prevents others from using it, attempt to access restricted areas without authorisation, or systematically copy its content with automated tools.

Accounts and members area

Some services require an account. You agree to provide true and up-to-date information, to keep your password safe and not to share it. If you register an organisation, you declare that you are authorised to represent it. We may suspend or close an account used in breach of these terms or the law, notifying you where possible. You can close your account at any time by writing to us.

Content published by users

Anyone who publishes listings, job offers, events or other content is solely responsible for it and warrants having the right to do so. By publishing it you grant us permission, free of charge and revocable by removing it, to display it on the site. We may remove unlawful, misleading or non-compliant content without notice. If you see any, please report it.

The marketplace: who sells

In the shop, products are sold by the registered companies named on each product page and in each order: ADS Network Srl runs the site and puts buyers in touch with sellers, but is not a party to the sales contract and does not collect payments. The contract is concluded between you and the company when the company confirms the order; a basket with products from several companies becomes one order for each. Prices, shipping costs, delivery times, terms and payment methods are those stated by the company at the time of ordering.

The selling company is responsible for the goods, shipping, invoice, legal guarantee of conformity and right of withdrawal (14 days for consumers, Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code): withdrawals and complaints go to the company, at the contact details shown in the order. If a company does not respond or something goes wrong, write to us: we can chase it and, if needed, suspend its sales on the site. Selling companies also accept the seller terms they receive when they register, including product review and the commission on delivered orders.

Purchases and bookings

Prices, availability and terms of each product, service or booking are those shown on the page at the time of ordering, including VAT where applicable. The contract is concluded when you receive the confirmation email. If the seller or organiser is someone other than ADS Network Srl, the page says so and that party is responsible for the service.

If you are a consumer, for goods bought at a distance you have 14 days to withdraw without giving any reason (Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code). The right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services to be provided on a specific date or within a specific period — such as event tickets, a guided tour or a booked stay (Art. 59(n)) — for which the cancellation terms stated at the time of booking apply.

Intellectual property

The site's texts, images, graphics and code belong to ADS Network Srl or to their respective owners and are protected by copyright law. You may quote short extracts with a link to the source; any other use requires our written permission.

Liability

We do our best to keep the site accurate and always available, but cannot guarantee it. Limits of liability for the content are explained in the legal notice. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants to consumers.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes with a consumer fall under the jurisdiction of the court of the consumer's place of residence; in all other cases the court of Salerno (Italy) has exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when this last happened. Changes do not apply to orders already confirmed.
