Founded in 2017 by 58 members, Nuova Val Calore is the rebirth of the historic olive-growing cooperative established in 1960 in Castel San Lorenzo (SA). Today it brings together around 300 growers from the Calore valley, in the Cilento, Vallo di Diano and Alburni National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and produces Oliè extra virgin olive oil from the olive groves on the hills around Castel San Lorenzo.
