For buyers
On Olivum every product is sold by a producer: an olive mill, an olive grower, a maker of olive oil cosmetics. The producer's name is on the product page, together with their profile, shipping costs and the payment methods they accept.
- Choose and add to cart — even products from different producers.
- Sign in or create an account: all you need is your email.
- At checkout the cart becomes one order per producer, and for each one you choose how to pay: bank transfer, cash on delivery, collection at the farm or the producer's payment link.
- You receive an email with the summary and instructions, and one at every step: confirmed, paid, shipped, delivered.
In your account, under My orders, you will find all your orders, their status and the producer's contact details. If you buy for a business you can request an invoice and take advantage of wholesale prices, when the producer offers them.
For producers
- Sign up and create (or claim) your company profile.
- Choose a package: Base, Premium or Extra, for one year.
- Enter how you get paid and how much shipping costs.
- Upload your products: our editors check them and put them on sale.
- Receive orders by email and in your area: you confirm, mark as paid and shipped, and the customer is kept informed.
The customer pays you, directly. Olivum keeps a small commission on the goods in delivered orders, invoiced to you at the end of the month. Cancelled orders pay nothing.
